No, you can choose whoever you feel right to. At least, be prepare to interview 3. Ask them about their marketing plan, experience, who familiar are with the current market, if they are available to answer your questions anytime, or how soon they will get back to you, is a full time agent., about their plan to market your property, including open house and advertisement, etc. The agent must be confident about his work. Also, someone who could give you a list of satisfied past clients.

absolutely NOT.

You can use any realtor you want.... you don't have to use one at all.... but I recommend it.

You need to be on the MLS.

that being said, if the realtor who sold you a home is a friend/ relative.... good luck with that....

MLS sells homes..... Realtor.com sells homes.....

You desearve a realtor who will work hard for you and think out of the box..... do creative things to make your home stand out among the plethora of listings these days.

Good luck.

No, you can use whichever Realtor you want to, or even sell it yourself.

Rocko Barbella
No. But if you have a good rapport or liked the person, maybe you should call them.

No, unless you're in China you have the option to sell how and when you please. Think about what is important to you and then do some research on line to form your questions to use when interviewing agents. Depending on your location, there are probably hundreds of agents available to help.

You do not have to resell your home with the Realtor who sold it to you. You may choose whomever you like from whatever company you want to deal with. I suggest you get references from people you know who have sold their homes in the past and have been happy with the service they received.

Good Luck

Nope. Find someone to buy it without the Realtor and save the commissions. Advertise in the local paper. Put up a sign in front of the house. A lot of realtors will call asking u to list with them , but give it a shot on your own for a month. Plus, if u need to go to a Realtor, you can negotiate a commission level SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the percentage rate they will tell you is the "standard rate." Also, some organizations will list your property for low ( like 2%) commissions. If a realtor says u need to use him or his company, he is absolutely lying. Call the Real Estate Commission in your state...about reporting the unethical conduct.
