You could rent out some rooms and/or garage to generate some money or sell house at a loss.

If you only make $827 a month, then you cannot even afford $563. Your payment should be no more than about 25 to 30 percent of your income. That is 68% with the lower payment. You could try to get some borders/roommates who work and can be trusted not to rob you blind (be careful). You could see a bankrupcy attorney (the first visit is usually free) to see what can be done/what is possible...Sounds like Chapter 7 (total bankrupcy would be the way to go...but depends upon how much equity you have in the home and how much you owe in relation to what the house is now worth ...ie if you owe more than the house is worth..).See a bankrupcy attorney before they foreclose on you...

Yes, you could try to sell your house, but it is a buyer's market and hard to sell a house right now and it sounds like you don't have any time to have the luxury of waiting for your house to sell.

You can try to sell the house yourself and notify the bank that the house is on the market. You cannot just walk away without ruining your credit. Keep open communications with the Bank. If you have doctor's reports on your condition, offer to share the information with the bank so that they will understand that you are being honest with them. It doesn't sound like you will ever be able to afford this payment. I would talk to your banker and find a realtor. You need to get this house sold as soon as possible and start all over.

Sounds like someone needs to have an informed talk with you and your lender

Talk to your Loan Officer and see if you qualify for a refinance to get your payments down, even if it's an interest only program. If not, find a renter to help you... do everything you can to keep making payments on time and keep your home! http://www.choicerealestate.net/

I am sorry for your dilema. Its sounds like you have 2 options. One is you try and the house. And the other is you stop paying and let them foreclose on your home.

aww thats ashame.. i know how hard this must be on you.. maybe you can check online in search and find somehow too work this out..... good luck i hope everything works out ok for you ......

Neither Republican nor Democrat
Call a local Realtor and tell them you want to do a "Short Sale" in which you sell your house for less than what it's worth - with the lender's approval. It is better than a foreclosure. If you don't care about your credit, stop making payments and stay in the house until the bank kicks you out.
