Own. BTW, banks don't own just because they loaned you money, they just have a LIEN on the house that says they must get paid. The banks don't sign a deed, unless they foreclosure and take ownership.
It is good to own something in this life, whether business or property, but you can do very well if you CONTROL business or property, and limit some of the responsibilities and liabilities as well... |
