Only if they are idiots. You would not be covered in their liability insurance. They would have to be brain dead to agree to this. |

Yeah, absolutely ask. But, as a landlord myself I'd be inclined to say no, because of liability. The building's liability insurance may cover only tenants, so if you get injured, they're exposing themselves to a lawsuit.
The amount of money you'd offer wouldn't be enough to get the property manager (or landlord) to look the other way. Ask the local gyms about a student discount. |

I wouldn't want someone I didn't know using my stuff or having a key to my stuff but you can ask and make them an offer they can't refuse. Good luck. |

Typically no. Those are only for residents. It is part of the amenities for the complex and is supposed to be private. If they did let you and residents found out, they would probably get a lot of complaints. |
