a furnished suite with own private entrance for rent in a modern home. it's a large oversized bedroom with a sitting room and private bathroom with a shower. it features in floor heat, cable tv, kitchen privileges and washer and dryer. it costs $435 a month. thanks.

The house is located in Prince Edward Island, Canada in a suburb called Stratford. it's a suburb of the largest city on the island. and it is a pretty popular place to live. the house is on a road that leads to the beach. i don't live there i saw an ad for the place and called a couple of times but there was no answer. |

not at all. i stay at a place that is 1 bedroom (pretty good size), a pretty good living room, one bathroom with a shower, floor heat, cable TV, internet, kitchen, dryer and washer, and it costs $725. in a way i am somewhat jealous of how lucky you got. |

i rent my own house for 300 a month plus water and hydro and phone/internet. so all together living here costs me about
300 rent, 70 for phone/internet, 30 hydro, 15 water per month.
so liek 415, for my own place, the house isnt that great, but its fine for me. i could never live in someone elses house. i would go nuts. |

You didnt say where it is located, In some citys you could get your own apartment or home for that. You should check the papers or craigs list and see what they are going for, in san francisco you would pay arround 900-1200 for the same thing |
