If you are buying a distressed property from a owner in financial straights, and you pay less than accessed value you may get what amounts to a 100% mortgage.
This is If you find some one who's property is going in to foreclosure & buy it from them for what they owe on their mortgage. (If the price is low enough.)
If you own property & have good track record or credit history you can get loans of 100% and even more to fix up the property.
Not just any body will be able to get these loans.
It won't take much to have things go bad with loans of this type. |

Yes, it can work. It is how I bought my first investment property. But the best thing it can do is open your eyes to different ways of buying properties. After reading that course, I went looking online and found a bunch of free information available that was even better than the course information, in my opinion. Plus, you can go to your local library and get some great information as well.
If you are short on cash, I would try the free stuff. If it won't hurt you to buy the course, it will give you a basic knowledge from which you can expand. |
