Absolutely not. You need to violate your rental agreement, or break the law in some way for your landlord to be able to even start the progress. If you are having problems, contact your local housing board for help.
Also, so you know even if he tries to evict you. It usual takes months before he can legally do it.
Now, if you don't have a rental agreement or are on a month-to-month lease, they can ask you to leave with the appropriate notice. That isn't technically eviction. You can still contact your local housing board to learn your rights. |

You have to be more specific. There are some things your lease probably requires you to do. If you don't have a lease, then your landlord can probably evict you for whatever reason he likes as long as he gives you sufficient notice. |

Like what? Sounds perverted. In Ontario, a landlord cannot evict a tenant between the months of November and April for any reason due to seasonal climate reasons.
As for your question, the landlord probably won't state that he is evicting you because you didn't do 'special favours' for him. He will just make something up. So my answer is .....probably. |

no but unfortunatly he can evict you and the reason is he wants control of the apt its if dirty favors you need to report him my mother is a landlord see if thats a opption for him because if it is he might use it every states diffrenet |

If this is the only reason and you have a lease, then no. But, you must be careful. It is possible that the landlord has other reasons to evict you that you have ignored. |

If you have a lease, you have to violate the terms of the lease before eviction. If you don't have a lease, the landlord can evict you with proper notice (depending on jurisdiction).
When you say "special favors", this invokes thoughts of harrasment. No lease I know of can allow a landlord "special favors" from his tenants. If you are being harrassed, go to the proper authorities. |
