I own now, but when I was moving out of my cr@ppy apartment I gave the landlord 3 months notice so he could fix the $hithole he was renting me up and still have time to find a tenant... and the dumbass went to court after I moved out just so he could jack up my credit by having an eviction appear under civil judgements.
What a tool! |

Yes, remember you have rights, too READ your Contract, pertaining to any move- in stipulations. As for repairs if they aren't done in a timely manner, write the BBB {Better Business Bureau} and the state for consumer affairs. As for being rude or noisy or just a bad disposition about themselves, just ignore them and pray God delivers them, remember never go to your bed at night with stress, ALWAYS go to sleep with a clear conscious, for tomorrow is not promise to anyone, and never hold a grudge it causes health problems. Otherwise give proper notice in writing and move to a complex where you are WELCOMED. |
