Not really - they are doing a job same as anyone else
If you don't like their fees, market your home yourself - I have sold my last two without them! And the paperwork they deal with is easy too. |

If that is what you really think then you've chosen the wrong estate agent.
Selling a house is like anything else, you can do it yourself but some people prefer to pay a professional to do it for them... Would you service your car yourself?
As in any profession there are good and bad estate agents, good ones work for their clients, bad ones work for themselves.... If you're looking for an agent, try and choose one by personal recommendation....
