Don't be put off by the cynics, it works brilliantly. One guy I know who sells St Joseph statues has just moved into a ten-bedroom mansion in Beverley Hills. |

I'd bury some beans as well, just in case. That way, if the house doesn't sell then at least you can eat. |

From the clients and stories I have heard, it doesn't seem to make a difference in reality. Of course, those who did sell with the statue buried in the yard, sold because of the statue.
Good luck in the sale of your house. |

I'm with "Report Abuse" on this one. I know someone who buried a statue of St Joseph in his garden and a week later, his house was commandeered by German troops. He spent the rest of the war living in a hayloft, hiding from the Gestapo. |

You have to have just the right combination of a hot housing market and a statue of St Joe. He should be placed in a bag and buried upside down.
I know one person who had luck with it. For the record she is Muslim.
You can buy one online if you want.

Perhaps you should try a statue of St. Jude, patron saint of desperate cases.
There is a prayer included for you too.
