I'm a REALTOR, and when I search homes for Buyer Clients and come across ones that do not have interior photos, I wonder what is wrong with the home that there aren't any. Then, I look to see who has it listed to see if they are just inexperienced or unprofessional at Real Estate.
In the Buyer's eyes, however, if they are looking at properties on realtor.com or any other site like that, I'm sure not having a full complement of photos could be a detraction to them.
Have interior photos taken! And, if need be... have the photos staged to look their very best! Try to evoke emotion into them, and make them feel warm & inviting. |

Very helpful if the inside looks good. Always put out as many assets that broaden your market more than narrow them. A person can fall in love with the home before ever seeing it, if they know a lot about it visually. |

I absolutely think so, even though you can't gauge the size of the room well in those tiny pixs, it does give you a better feel of the home than one outside of the front door. They want to see a home not a house. |

If the interior of your home is nice, I would say definitely. You'll attract more potential buyers for sure. |

I think it does. I have been looking at houses for the past 2 months and I dont even want to bother going to places that have no inside pics because I dont want to waste my time or my realtor's time. I would put pics up if you want to attract more buyers. |

It's definitely helpful to the _buyer_. I passed over ones without.
I disagree with the 'if it's nice' answers. If the price is right, I wasn't automatically put off horrible interiors -- but I did want to know the basics of stuff like the kitchen layout, so I could wonder about ripping out the current kitchen and putting a new one in. If it was a poorly-designed thing that'd cost a bomb to completely remodel to my taste, well... But a horrid 1970s kitchen was sometimes a _feature_ -- the house was cheap for it, and the kitchen was laid out in a way that'd make it easy to re-do -- so, to me, it was a house with a new kitchen. If that follows.
The ones without made me a little suspicious. |

Yes...I find that I pass over the ones that don't show pictures of the inside. The more the better. I also feel that people don't waste their time and yours by coming to look without seeing pictures first. |

If the inside looks nice and is presentable, then yes. Good interior pictures can help draw both Realtors and home buyers to your home. Without a picture, the home buyer and Realtor will both automatically assume that the inside is not in the best of condition. However, if the interior is in bad shape, pictures of the poor condition may prevent most potential showings to ever occur. Either way make sure your pictures look good! The small details like not having clutter/trash in your pictures can make a world of difference. |
