I would need more information such as where at in Texas. Is it a home in the valley where Dolly just hit or in Dallas in an upscale community where $555,975 might not buy as big a house as it would in Houston or San Antonio...
Also need to know how many square feet. |

Well, If you ask me I thought the market in texas was pretty cheap when it comes to building homes. So, a home priced at 555,975 must be a HUGE home.
As for Aurora CO. I'm thinking the area may be a factor with building the home. There may be more constuction costs rather then in TX due to climite. Which is why my estimate is a bit higher... |
