As a real estate investor, I can tell you that "adverse possession" is one of the most difficult ways to acquire properties. As far as no-money-down deals go, I have personally purchased 3 different properties with a grand total of $12 dollars out of my pocket, so I know those can be done....just for all you people who think that NMD is a scam. |
