Here is my situation.... Purchased a home from my Grandmother last february. THe Home is an old farm house, that went up for sale after the passing of my grandfather. Over time their has been farm crap accumulating for the past 40 years. We have been waiting patiently for my family to sort stuff out to get anything of value sorted out from the garbage, however it is going on almost a year and a half, and I need to get my property and barns cleaned out! We cannot have full access to what is "Ours" because all the old stuff is still sitting. Can we legally take action to set a date in which all the junk needs to be out by? can we make grandma legally pay the bill for all the junk to get cleaned up that she left us with? and it's family as well, so we dont want to start WW3 either- I dont know what to do. If I was not family, the stuff would have had to be out a long time ago....... also, when we purchased the home, the corn Bins were in our name, and when they sold at auction(after we had already purchased the home) grandma got the money...........WHAT do I do? or legally have the right to do??
