It can be done, not sure how but it can. You have to find the right person to work with. My credit sure wasn't deserving of a mortgage but I got one. Don't be a fool though and screw it up if given the opportunity. |

It's tough. I agree with the other posters that you should get your credit up before attempting to buy. If you can get a loan, you'll be stuck with a high interest loan. And these days, it's tough to even get one of those. Rent and pay your bills on time for about 9 months and you should be all set. |
