Unlikely normally quickest is 6 weeks but if all solicitors can work quickly and mortgage is in place it can be done. Make sure everyone knows deadlines and get assurances it can be done by all. |

Hi,we looked at this property in september 91 completion took untill the 29th of feb 1992.You might be lucky as they have had the big jobs done if morgage is ready & you agree then I think its possible.We were held up by the people in here. |

It can, but everyone concerned has to sing from the same hymn sheet. Usually it is the local offices doing the searches that hold things up. They will be able to tell you how quickly they can do this. Good luck |

Realistically, everything shuts down for Christmas about two weeks before the actual day (people have time off for shopping, the kids break up etc) and as, on average, you're looking at 8 weeks for completion, I'd have to say you'd be very lucky to get in by then! |

Very possible. Typical is 30 days, but we've seen them happen quicker than that.
This is assuming you have your new residence all worked out and there are no hiccups with your buyer's lender, appraisal, title work, etc.
