I believe I'm soon to be in the position you've been in. On the 7th of Jan < I pursuaded my husband > we handed over our deposit of $3,000. with the understanding of course that Richardsons Equities LLC would be purchasing the house we want in another state with the 'misrepresentation I believe'. We were told at the time after I asked several questions to call the next day < I had received the answers before issuing the check of course, > however the next day STILL HASN'T COME...as I have left several messages and emails not yet replied to by them. I physically went to the office after leaving a rather NASTY message only to find no one there. I will be on Tuesday ( Monday is holiday for gov' agencies> be doing the 'complaint' with attorney generals' office, dept' of justice' channel 12 news investigators and anyone/or place that may help. This guy slid right under my radar which that in itself ticks me off to no end <no one has EVER been able to before> but has put my husband and myself in one heck of a 'livelyhood' mess. The deposit money that we handed over was suppose to and should have gone to renew my husbands contractors license/bond/insurance,,,but this "HELP TO PURCHASE" was so inviting we went for it........It' may take me awhile, but I WILL GET OUR MONEY BACK...As I verbally said on the last message to the owners cell phone,,,,don't make me take this to another level.......

Wer'e in Oregon City Or and their office just relocated from Portland/on Sandy blvd to this one on Sunnyside <right down the hall from an attorney I fired in 2006...so he even knows what type of crap I will or will NOT tolerate and I will not tolerate any scams or liars. I will have revenge in one way or another,,,,there is no place to hide as I'm like a hound with a nose to hunt. We lost $5000.00 and our current home thanks to Richardson Equities! What last bit of hope we had was lost today when we found out Richardson Equities LLC was on a the news in Portland this morning. They are under investigation and have disappeared! The news said they moved out of their office over the weekend. We, along with a lot of other people, are pressing charges! |

Richardson Equities owes people money all across the country. I am sorry to say you will most likely never see it again. He talks a good game, but can't deliver. Everything he does is geared around himself and could care less about the home buyer or his investors. He will close up shop and start all over again. This is not the first time for this guy... |

I am a real estate broker outside of Oregon who is currently dealing with this company. They have done nothing they promised for their Buyer or us. They signed a real estate contract but never delivered the Earnest money or appraisal fee. Everything they have told us has been a lie or it just never happens! HAVE YOU CONTACTED THE OREGON REAL ESTATE COMMISSION OR THE POLICE? These people, I believe are going to continue doing this until they are stopped. |

Jeremy steals from his investors as well. He had me purchase his vaction home and told me that he was going to lease to own it to a couple who owned a business.
He is living the high life on other peoples good credit.
It is very disheartning when you think you are helping people get into a home and your are really helping a leach live above his means.
I would have to say that everyone who has been taken should report him to the FBI, Realestate commissioner/board, attorney general, police etc. If enough people shout loud enough he will be stopped! |

We had troubles too. We placed our down-payment on a beautiful new home in Sherwood. We were told that our monthly lease payment would not go over a price that we knew we could afford. Jeremy and his real-estate agent told us to go ahead and move into the home before finalizing the lease-to-own documents. Jeremy kept re-scheduling our lease signing...once we finally got him on the phone personally we were told our monthly payment was $2000 more than we were originally told. We should have known this because Jeremy would never put anything in writing when we initially started the deal with his company. We had to move out of the home 3 weeks after moving in. My oldest child and I had to move into a spare room at my parents while my husband crashed on a sofa in eugene as that is where he had been working. What a creep...I knew that I didn't feel comfortable around this guy at all...I assumed it was the my moods and morning sickness that went along with pregnancy. I hope that Jeremy is stopped and that everyone that has been hurt by his greed finds light at the end of this darkness. |

We also went through Richardson's Equity and lost thousands of dollars because of them. We almost got the first house we went for. There where complications, they said it was the owner who backed out and didn't want to finish changes but later realized that wasn't the whole story. Three houses later we even signed paperwork to close on a house then where told the owner decided against the deal. Our fifth house went through but our Realtor for Richardson's messed that up not only gave us the incorrect mortgage payment amount but the incorrect price of the house its self. They told us that it would all be worked out and set our original mortgage payment amount on paper. They where suppose to make up the difference of the payment because of there mistakes but later found out that the owner has only received 1 partial payment out of all the money Richardson's recieved. We were also told that we should not worry because Jeremy was a good guy and wanted to help us get our home and would work out what ever we needed even if it took lowering the purchase price later for us to finance later. My partner is Disabled and now our pets and us may be on the streets soon because of this. |
