Yes, lucky I had an electric drill in my car, took me 30 seconds to kill the lock (new lock $11.20, made in china)

Kass
Yep - fortunately for me my screen door locked but I didn't lock the inside door - I had to cut a corner in my screen to get it. Of course, it was after midnight and I had taken my new puppy outside. As I opened the door to let her our, she yanked hard on her leash, pulled it out of my hand and started running around the house. Did I mention I was in my nightgown, bare foot and it was winter. AHHH good times!

Ed Atun
Yep, i did it with a drill. Drilled out the lock on the front door. Another time i didn't have any power so i hit the door handle with a sledge hammer. That might not have been the smartest thing i've ever done.

The first day we moved in. They posted the keys back through the letter box. Had to remove the door. Nice memories though.

yes many times but... this is a funny story. It snowed pretty bad and I was parked apparently close to the street. The snow plows from the night before had trapped my car in snow!! I was already probably going to be late to work, and now later since my car was surrounded in snow. I decided to start my car (so it would warm up) while i kicked the snow away from my car. Kicking it didn't help. So I decided to run inside and see if there was a shovel in the basement or somewhere. Except I locked my keys in my car (instinct to lock my door when i get out) and my front door was locked. I had to climb through the window, find my spare key and unlock my car door. Luckily after I climbed through the window, my husband came home on his lunch break. We discovered that my passenger door was unlocked the whole time that I was scrambling around freaking out!!! I was pretty pissed, but can laugh about it now.
Anyway, my husband locked his keys in the house many times and showed me how to "break in" which scared me at how easy it was with a credit card. Now we have a deadbolt and a spare key hidden!

Henry Hedgehog
No, but I broke into the neighbours' house for them by removing a pane of glass in their back door. I think they were surprised at how easy it was!
