I was browsing on craigslist and found an ad with his phone number and email advertisng my place for rent as of Nov.Ist. My contract does not end until March.
My boyfriend sometimes parks in the underground parking with a snowmobile on the back of his truck but the parking garage is not liscensed for snowmobiles and my landlord was fined $100.However, my bf is currently looking to storage his snowmobile so he can park here without a hassle. Its been less than a week. Could this be the reason..

Go to the Residential Tenancy Office website and check out their information. http://www.rto.gov.bc.ca/
This has lots of information on dispute resolution and also tells you about your rights as a tenant and also what your landlord can do legally.
I would call your landlord, apologize for the snowmobile - pay for the ticket/fine and seek a resolution so you keep your apartment and your landlord keeps his tenant!
I am hoping that you ahve paid your rent a couple of days early.

Chill, google you local residential tenancy act.
That will outline the legal implications of any issue that could arise. I would imagine if there where no other problems you should be ok, but any landlord posting on craigslist is an idiot so who knows.
If they try to kick u out, tell them the issue has been dealt with and make sure it doesn't happen again. |

First off get rid of the snowmobile and then speak with your landlord and find out the truth and maybe to save face ask him if he would like you to pay him the $100.00 back for the fine and tell him your sorry. |

the first is tomorrow. you cannot be removed from your property with being served an eviction notice, and given ample time to move. If he tries to boot you without following proper legal procedure, call your local police department(im assuming you pay your rent). |

Landlords usually have to give a certain amount of time (by law) if they are kicking you out, and he may have another place for rent you do not know of. |
