2nd visit library to find info on how to - u earn money, he earn more money.
3rd ur living 'issues' aren't 'council' problems - they are yours. so u need to take responsiblity to Change or stay .
when u give up responsiblity of ur life to'council' u might as well sell ur children to them.

Try registering with housing associations as well as the council to increase your chances. Housing associations will be different depending on where you live, so just google search them.
Also like others have said try rent from a private landlord. If you find one directly (i.e. not through an estate agent) they can be quite affordable! not much more than renting from the council. Look in the local paper, corner shops, and post offices for private landlords advertising places to let. |

privately rent, unfortunately due to the lack of council houses we find ourselves in this position a lot. There isn't really much you can do to get a move, if the police have ever been involved with you or you have a health issue which is being made worse by where you live, you may have a slightly greater chance of being moved. |

Save a little bit of money aech pay check (20.00$) and within some time limit, u could have enough money to moove. Also if you arn't allowed to move, just try explaining to the council your situation. They should let u move.
