Allow about £80-£100 a week...there's water, gas, electric, plus Council Tax unless it's included in the rent...and contents insurance is vital. |

apart from rent about £400 a month. Things like gas.electric. phone, broadband.water and sewerage, council tax, insurance, TV depends on the sort of package you select. all the Sky or just a few. |

all depends on the size/type of home, we have a three bed terrace in yorkshire and average council tax £100, gas £35, elec £25, water (not meter) £15, total monthly £175, don't forget though you may need contents insurance which is unlikely to be included in you rent. |
