apart from rent about £400 a month. Things like gas.electric. phone, broadband.water and sewerage, council tax, insurance, TV depends on the sort of package you select. all the Sky or just a few.

all depends on the size/type of home, we have a three bed terrace in yorkshire and average council tax £100, gas £35, elec £25, water (not meter) £15, total monthly £175, don't forget though you may need contents insurance which is unlikely to be included in you rent.
