There are a lot of ways to become multimillionaire, but it will not be immediate (unless you win in the lottery). It will take at least 5years or more.
Here's some tips
1. Save money; save as much money from your regular paycheck, like paying yourself first and use company 401k. Start with a couple of dollars every month or you can use your banks automatic fund transfer. Then use these money for investing
2. Invest; you start small business (too much work), investing in stock is a good idea, investing in real estate is also better, for your renter will pay your mortgage
3. Reinvest; once you are earning cashflow, put all those money to more investment. Warning!!! don't change your life style because you have extra money coming in.
4. Reinvest; same as #3 |

First thing is... you have to live BELOW your means. Too many people are so deep in debt that they will never get their heads above water. Everybody has such a "I have to have it now" attitude that we're spending more money than we make.
Next, I would say invest your money in real estate. The money you save from living below your means will allow you to save for a downpayment for a rental house. Find one that you can buy for below market value and when you get your renter in there paying your mortgage down, pull money out of that house for the downpayment for your next. Keep doing that and you'll be rich. |
