It will most likely be addressed in your rental agreement. So, its up to your landlord. Before you ask verbally, you might ask to see the rental agreement. Some landlords might be concerned about the number of tenants sharing an apartment. If the rental agreement doesn't say there is a limit, then you have no problem. But, if you ask you are likely to get a negative response about 6 in a studio. |

NOPE. There's city zoning standards also. Your landlord can set limits, and the city or village can set limits. Frequently a studio is just for 1 person, 2 absolute maximum. Bringing in extra roomies is generally a breach of your lease. |

Generally, you are not allowed to have any roommates unless the landlord agrees and allows it. |

It should say in your rental agreement how many people are going to occupy the residence. It's up to the owner. |

Check your lease - this should answer your question.
If not you will be fine if no rent "appears" to be being paid. However beware that your landlord may try to get evidence to the contrary. |

Well it depends on the size of the house.
The fire marshals will explain it to you.
If the house is fairly big, six should be fine.
