I can't believe that some people tell you to just move in and claim it. I hope you have more sense than to tresspass.
The records are probably kept at the local courthouse or at some office at the city building. Some cities Tax Asessors are online so you can look it up online. |

Look online at the county tax collectors website. You should be able to search by address and obtain the owners name, the bank where the mortgage is held and contact information for both. |
