Any real estate agent can tell you. Also a title insurance company can tell you. You also can see the tax rolls and that tells you.
Or ask a neighbor. |

go to the State of North Carolina web site and surf.
look for Assessments & taxation - real property.
The State of Maryland has this service of "public
records" available in their web site by county & address.
It seems that all the States should offer the same
service for "public records" |

You would have to go to the local Registrar and ask for land records |

You should be able to get the owners name from city hall.
You will need the civic address of the property in question. |

hi, it's public knowledge & all u have to do is go to the registry of deeds & look up the street address that u want to find & then it will say who lives there. but it could be rented so the owner will be on the deed & if it's rented then you r out of luck, but at least u will know who owns the house. if u have a hard time then go to the town hall in your town & talk to the tax collector for taxes on homes & that person can help u find out what u r looking for & it's free of charge. bb, nobrethequeen |

Yes - check the County Assessor's office in Charlotte. Those records are public. There are also several address search sites on the web. |

You might want to do a search and see if there is a web page for the county property appraisers office. It is public record, how much property cost, who owns it and how much they pay for taxes. |
|

Go to the Recorder of Deeds office for that county along with the exact street address of the condo in question. Ask them who the tax bills are sent to. |

Go to city hall and check the tax records, you could possibly even do it on-line too. This is what they call public domain. You should have no problems whatsoever. |

The apraisal district office has that information. They need to know who to tax ha ha. All of that information is public record but I don't think it includes any personal info. Just who's name the deed is in. |

Hi, sure you can & sure it is. If you have an address you can ask your local tax accessors office, give them a call, they should be able to answer you or at least guide you to the answer. Have you tried to do reverse address? At www.whitepages.com there is an option to do reverse search with address or phone number. |

You can try: www.zillow.com and various other websites. Also, you can check at the courthouse for that particular place. These records are public. |

I live in CT and we have a website and if you put in the persons name of the address...the info is available. It gives details of the home (bedrooms/bathrooms) layout when purchased, sq footage, home owners, date or purchase and how much you paid for it. Bo have I had my fun because of this website (devious smile) |
