As said Land Registry, or what about asking the tenants the name of their landlord? If you want these details because you have problems with the tenants then if might not be the best thing to do ! Was it let by a letting agent? if you remember who speak to them. Or ask one of the neighbours. It really depends on why you want it, and if your on good terms with the tenants.
Best option is land registry. |

Check your local county property appraisals web site. It should be listed under your county's web site directory. Once you get to the site you can do a parcel seach most offer searches by street name if you don't know the exact address. |

I would start with the County tax assessor or recorder public records. Those records are public information in most places and many Counties have them available online to search. Title companies also can search the records fro a small fee if you do not have access to them personally. Once you have the owner's mailing address from the County records, you may also be able to use a site to look up the owner's phone number www.zabasearch.com .
If the tenants are bothersome, you can always send the owner a polite letter to let them know what's going on. Remember just like a barking dog, often the owner does not even know that there is a problem until you tell them. Best of luck! |
