if you have good credit, you can still do 103% ffinancing. You still need 3% down though. If your credit is not the greatest and qualify, you can go FHA as long as you have no federal collections, judgments or BK's |

There is no boundation that a less salried person can not take home loan.. only the loan amount sanctioned to you would be less. How ever since you say you can save up to 90% of your salary, you can go for the maximum amount offered to you.. Go for a very long term loan(say for twenty years) and ask the bank person what will be amount that you will be getting. Try to search a home with in that limit..If you want to build a house on the plot that you own, apply with the esmated cost of the culding, and you will get the re-imburments, when you will produce the bills. One more thing.. Your monthly installment can not be more than 50% of your salary.. |

You could get a loan from the bank based on the value of your mothers land. However, she might have to transfer the land in your name. Good luck !!! |
