In order to fix your credit, get rid of credit cards. Only get a credit card for emergencies. Work on paying off what debt you owe and don't accumulate more debt. Use cash whenever possible when making purchases. You can start to save money by setting aside money, say $20 a week(or whatever you can afford), to put into a savings account. You can go to your bank and find out what the minimum dollar amount is to get a money CD. When you have saved that amount of money, you can open a CD and collect decent interest on it. Much more than savings accounts offer. I highly reccomend CD's. There is no risk involved in them. They will also look good when you go to apply for a loan for your house. To save for a house is just going to take time. But if you really set your mind to it, you can do it. There's a really good article this morning on the yahoo news page about credit and saving money. I know a few people who fixed a financial mess of this sort by consolidating all their debts into one loan, and then joining the military to pay it all off. :) They can easily buy a house now, 3 yrs later. |

ok first you have to pay all your collections if you cant pay ! just dont pay and dont answer they calls save all that money waiting for them to sell your account to another collection company and this will send you an offer discount (you pay 60%of you total debt and save all the intrest charges !and then you can go to a jewelry store or a used car dealer and buy a cheap car lets say 6,000 yor monthly paymrent will be like 200 a month and then 6 month later doing your payment on time you start to get credit offers by mail !!this is most of what most companies like latino credit offer to help you fix your credit but you have to pay them $60 for check your credit and sign a contract they get in touch with your collection agencies and they say they will negociate your debts for a % and you have to pay them your money and they ask you to change your phone num that way debt companies cant find you get desperate to loose your money and sell you acount for less money ther is when you get a chance to pay less, I LIVE THIS STORY believe me!! good luck !!! |

Only time will do that for you...No credit cards..only have two and only charge onethird of balance..leave the rest dont max them..but only have two...a store card and a vsa/mastercard ..Always...Always pay your bills ontime..for Equifax and the other credit companies take up to sixty to ninety days to catch up on the reporting of your credit...save sum money in bank....so if you want a great loan or fixed rate loan..then you ll have it..If you want an FHA loans are awesome right.now...in the sixes fixed..thirty year fixed...now thats awesome..It really depends on your score..660 and up are awesome mid scores..I have a house and my score was 665..mid..so I know anyone can do this..If your credits not good do what I suggested and youll get your house...
