Don't mean to be rude BUT why did you buy your house, if you thought the extension was too big you should have brought this up with your Solicitor. |

You can check with the local council, but its now far to late to have anything done about it even if they didnt get permision as the extension has been there for more then 4 years. |

Your local council will have a department that deals with planning permission where you can check if any planning permission was granted to them that particular year. |
