A loan is something you have to pay back. So you are not going to find any loan that doesn't require repayment. What you are looking for is a donation or a grant. |

You could be over the age of 62, get a reverse mortgage and die. The YOU wouldn't have to pay it back, your heirs would. If they don't the bank would eventually foreclose, but it wouldn't go on their credit.
Otherwise, you would have to find someone with some dough who really really likes you. |
