more words: simplify, get rid of clutters, open up your space, get a nice wall mount tv, repaint your walls yourself, get a nice bed (go to ebay.com and type in zen bed, get the one from all world furniture made of wenge wood), stay organized. |

compare different areas and/or countries for your profession ( huge differences in pay and housing expences)... consider jobs requiring travel as they typically pay higher and you spend less on long term stuff like redo extra bedroom and more on today stuff like eating out and seeing movies... despite what all the so called experts say there can be benefits to renting versus owning home as renting has zero propetry taxes, wayyy cheaper personal property insurance, and no repair costs... often if you find someone who is renting a house and they dont have a loan payment you can actually rent it a lot cheaper than what payments would be despite low interest rates... also, in todays market there are a lot of houses sitting empty that peopple cant sell and they are turning to renting just to scrape by until house prices rise again... i have personally seen people rent a house for 1000 while their loan payment is 1400... crazy but true |

eat 1 night a good meal the next tomatoe soup or bake beans on toast
cut your drinking or smoking down
dont get in shouts
shop once a week if you run out live on toast and vegimite (or whatever )
Turn all power points off
cut your showers down
only use 1 light at night time
dont buy new clothes untill u need them
pay ur morgage off weekly
get rid of bankcards or visa's
dont go out for dinner cook a nice meal at home
wash up your pots and pans by hand not the dishwasher
if u have enough clothes dont wash as much habg ur tea shirts on a coat hanger so they dont need ironing
