It's possible. Go to a bank or a mortgage broker and ask for a no income no asset loan. Of course the APR will be a little bit more and of course you will have to come up with 20% of the down payment of the house [sometimes 10%] AND a very good credit score, THEN you will be able to purchase a house with no job ;] |
