Your monthly payment should be approximately $1050 for an interest only loan - interest plus principal would come up to about $1200. It just depends which route you are taking on your loan. Yahoo has a nice calculator you can use - Go to Yahoo.com - go to finance - personal finance (on the top) - banking and budgeting - then on the left there are calculators so you can change numbers around to get a better idea. Good luck!

Go to bankrate.com they have a mortgage calculator there.

mycornerofbrickheaven
Your monthly principal and interest payment would be $1088.18. On top of that you will need to add in taxes and hazard insurance. You may also have PMI because you won't have 20% equity. Your best bet is to ask your mortgage loan officer for the specifics.

Go to this website and download the excel spreadsheet (loan calculator).

WOW your paying a lot of money for that house, your payments varie on how many years you are going to be paying off your house, I am buying a house too, only 40,000 with no downpayment and 340 a month for 15 years ( were i live a 40,000 house is a good deal, most expensive hosue here is 69,000 ) (small town) It also depends if it is a Fixed rate or a balloon rate?? You might be paying A Lot of money GOOD LUCK

Punch in your numbers on the calculator at http://www.bankrate.com

If you already know your interest rate why hasn't your lender told you your payment?

Its going to be $10890, 000,00.
subtract $211,500 and $30,000, then add 65 which gives you square root of it so its 10890, 000,00
