There are a few ways---Go down to GA and see a Realtor so they can be looking for you, and you will know the place is clean, reputable, in a good neighborhood & within your price range.
Do you have "people" in GA that might be abe to connect with a realtor--or go looking for you.
There are always the want ads but you have no way of knowing what's a scam & whats not.
REMEMBER ---DO NOT--send any money until you or someone you trust has checked it all out.
Some might suggest an online service like Craigs list---BUT BUYER BEWARE!!!! There are a lot of scams out there & once they have your money they're gone. |

Look on-line and find a real estate agent in that area. I found an apartment online by myself and ended up being really disappointed. Agents know the area and how much you should be paying. They can do all the work for you. The best part is it's completely free, the apartment complex will pay the Realtor, not you! |
