How do I find or rent an ampartment with not good credit.?

There are some factors that can override your poor credit history.
How long have you been on your current job?
Have you establish a relationship of five years or more with your current bank?
How many NSF checks have you written within the last twelve months?
Are you willing to pay a higher security deposit in order to move into the unit?
All rents must be paid by money orders or cashiers checks.
Can you proof that you had valid reasons for moving from your last three residents?

As a former property manager sometimes a person gets into a rut, and they need a break to get back on their feet again. ALWAYS TELL THE TRUTH, IT WILL SHOW IN YOUR FACE.

Someone gave me a break many years ago, and I have pass it on to other people.

Find a place rented by a private owner rather than through a corporation.
I don't think your credit is the only criterion, your rental payment history and landlord references may help, and many places now check criminal history as well. So, if you have been paying your rent and have not had a criminal conviction, you may be OK.

This is the same situation that I am in. Almost every apartment will allow you to live there no matter your credit. Most will require a higher deposit. If you don't want o pay these you may need to look for a rental house that is privately owned.

The only way i could think of is to come up with a big enough deposit where they wont care about your credit

You may have to be willing to pay more up front.

You shouldn't have a huge problem. Just expect to pay extra money up front, like 1-2 months rent.
