You need to run a property search on the Tax Assessors' website for starters:
http://webapps.nyc.gov:8084/CICS/fin1/find001I
You'd get results from that, click on Statement of Account link for the most recent year. The owners name and property address are on the left, and the Contact Address is on the right. No phone numbers provided but you can probably get that from http://www.whitepages.com ?
Hope that helps, Good Luck, and thanks for doing the good work. |

If you know the address you can go to the county tax office and they can tell you who owns it |

The Real Estate Division of your city hall facility will have a form that you can fill-out and do the search of all the owners of a property ,there may-be a small fee for this search . |

get intouch with county clerk (look in phone book) call and ask for asserers or tax office. Then ask for help in looking up address on tax maps to see who owns property |
|

Man with a plan.
|
City hall has all property ownership records. They should be available to the public. They may even be on line. I live in a much smaller community and our property ownership records are available on line. |

go to the state to where the property is located, find out the county it is located in, contact the accessors office by giving them a physical address of the property, if you don't have a physical address try using a legal description of the property or tax id number |

Your County Assessor has this information. |

Your county assessor is your best bet. You just need the address. It is a public record, and you have the right to have access to it. |
