I would speak with the manager of the complex, or someone in the office.
They usually have the postal office/Fedex/UPS/etc. deliver to the main office and you pick up the package from there. |

If your mail receptacle is not large enough, generally ( and hopefully) they will leave you a notice to pick up your parcel at the post office.
Im not sure about UPS and Federal Express. Make sure you know the company they are using, then call that company. |

Ask your front office. At my apartment complex the packages come to your door and if you aren't home they will leave a note and take your package to the office for pickup. Some apartments won't hold your packages for you and then you'll have to have a redelivery (you call and tell them when you'll be home) or you can pick up at the post office (if sent regular mail). |

It depends on your mail carrier. They will prolly try to deliver it and if you are not home they will leave a postcard telling you there is a pkg waiting at the post office for you. I doubt they will leave it at the door. |

i live in a house and when i order things they leave it at the door but you can have it sent when it gets dropped of request a signature but the problem with that somebody has to be somebody there to sign for the package...good luck hope this helped |

I have all of my packages sent to work. If you don't trust your neighbors, then you should have your package delivered somewhere else. Where does your mail go? Doesn't someone buzz the mailman in? Maybe you could have it sent to the managers office... that's what my co-worker does. |

There are a couple of ways to do this. One is to have the package delivered - in YOUR name - to the apartment manager (if one is on-site) or to leave a note on the front door of your complex stating that you are expecting a package and will collect it from the Post Office (if it is being sent USPS). I recommend leaving it with your apartment manager, as they should have to sign for it and that would give you more security and proof of delivery.

Depending on which carrier that delivers, they will make at least 3 attempts to deliver. I live in a apartment as well. Most of the time the carrier will leave it in the office if you asked them to. If it is OK with the office manager of your complex.
Just have to make arrangements when you order , there is usually a place for specific instructions for the delivery. |

How 'secure' is your building? If there is a 'locked door' and you must be 'buzzed' to open the door and are not home, they usually just leave a 'note.' If there is a security guard or manager who can accept the package, they'll usually hold it for you and put a note on your apartment door. If it is a package that you really want, and you are afraid it will get stolen or lost, have it sent to you care of your job address ... my husband and I live in an 'ultra-secure building' and don't have any personal transportation, so we have ALL of our online purchases sent to his workplace ... they are recieved and signed for by him on occasion, or by the 'recieiving staff' and taken to him. EASY, SIMPLE, and SAFE. |

What I used to do is put the leasing office address as the ship to address. Once the package arrived the office would leave a note on my door or call me saying I have a package and I can pick up whenever they are open. That would be your safe bet. |
