If you don't get him out and he gets caught then you both have no place to live and or both could go to jail. If you are afraid or imtimidated by him, get police to assist you, he don't have any respect for you or you home, then why respect or care about his feeling and whether or not he has a home. |

If you don't want to go the police route, just give him a letter or send it by return receipt or post it on the inside of his door saying that he has to vacate the premises. If where you are considers his tenancy month to month, then you have to give him 30 days to vacate or call the police. If someone is arrested and taken away, I'm not sure what your responsibility is for his belongings. Easier to go the chicken route and give him notice. If he asks why, just tell him it isn't working out or tell him a whopper like sorry but your cousin is moving in with you. You could even be nice and tell him if he finds a place sooner, you won't hold him to the thirty days. Haha. |

here in NY if they maid an address then u need 2 give them a thirty day notice and also have a judge sine it if u don't want no hassle after that time period. |

If you cannot have him out of the house by goodwill, I suggest you call the cops. There maybe more than just doing illegal drugs at your place. If there's no lease, there's no commitment on both parties. |

Call the police. Have them search the house and arrest that person. There would be plenty of time to sort it out while they are in jail. |
