Licensing is at the state level. Use Yahoo or Google and search for your state and real estate license. For example, if you live in Colorado search for ... "Colorado Real Estate License"
or if you live in Massachusetts, search for... "Massachusetts Real Estate License."

in state of missouri, one has to be 18 years old, you dont have to have a hs diploma or ged. no experience either u just have to take a realestate course that cost me about $300 and u have to take the test wich cost about $70. it varies in many states, just call some realestate office and ask them there are some that do do the course but want you to work with them afterwards for so long to repay them for it... kinda like a contract thing but if i was you i'd find out of a place that does the course, that way if you want to work for urself or pick ur own place to work at u can. |

Go to yahoo and type in whatever your state is and board of realtors. On that website you should be able to get the info you need. The real estate license is easy to obtain in Texas. You take 6 classes at a week a piece and then take the test. That is what is was when I got my license. |
