Your local tax office should be able to provide the name and mailing address of the owner. They are public record and sometimes they are online, you put in the address and up pops the info. I will porvide a link to our tax records so you can see what it should look like or how to search for it online.

On ours you change the Search By: from Owners Name to Address and you can look up anything. |

Tax assessor's office should be able to tell you who owns the property, and their mailing address. Many counties/cities have the information on line. Jsut call them and give the address of the property.
If you have a friend who is a real estate agent, they can also probably look it up for you pretty quickly -- they usually have access to records like that. |

I would call a title company. They handle change of title with all real estate transactions. They would be easiest to deal with. Your alternatives would be public records/county recorders office. |

If you live in England go to your nearest land registry as I did. The local council offices do have the address also yellow pages. I paid 6 GBP to land registry for info but it is only half that price if you do it over the internet. The landlord is responsible for the behaviour of his tenants. My landlord helped me to get my neighbours evicted. |

court house, public records. The Court should have an online system to view tax records. It will have the owner of the property there. |

good luck, we have a neighbour from hell and we have been working with the council for years, they are so rubbish and will only witness the noise on a Friday and Saturday night. Of course the loser neighbour knows this and is quiet on Friday and Saturday.
Thank you Basildon Council. |
