o.k I'm going to try to help you out as best as i can. my mother goes to the housing authority or to necac and you apply for a voucher and a couple of months later they give you a voucher with rules you have to follow such as:keeping utilities on and basically maintaining your home and they keep track of how much money you make,then they send you off to find an house or apartment that takes section 8 but you only have a limited time time to find that home. pray this helps you brother..god bless you |

i would start over. Well, NOT ALL THE WAY, but if you finished highschool, then get a good paying job, and live a friend, or just stay where you feel comfortable = maybe a hotel/motel while you gather up funds? Just get a good job to get yoursel back on your feet. I have a job that pays $14 an hour, and im only 16. Thats good. ANyway, hope you get through all this, and good luck to you. |

go to your local housing authority office and they have all the forms there
if your getting $637 in 6 days i'd find someone to live with but if you cant go to a homeless shelter |

why can't you work? Anyway go to the department of social services and ask for help. They will gladly sign you up for everything and the rest of us will gladly pay for it. How are you homeless but have a computer and internet service? Anyway.. hope everything works out for the best for you. |

Contact your local city's housing department, mental health clinic, or some organization within your county. Once you have a connection to the county they can give you additional numbers to call and direct you to people who can assist you in obtaining social services. |

You won't even qualify for section 8 housing unless you are disabled or have kids, so that is probably out of the question. Stay with a friend or at a local shelter until you get your money and then find a really cheap apartment to rent all bills paid. |

Going to have to work. The economy is so bad that it's highly unlikely that you'll get section 8. The waiting lists are so long in most places that they won't even take anymore applications. I have it, and I got it when the economy was good and it still took me 2 1/2 years to get it. |
