Most landlords are asking for 3 people only

Jeremy B
3 PEOPLE, with an exception for newborns.
unlimited number of border-jumpers, though.

19 weeks pregnant with a boy
2 adults and 1 child ( if a baby of course ) - that's legally.

but if nobody knows, then as many as you want :-)

webserver227
4 is max. Two parents and two kids OK. 3 adults OK. 4 adults ok temporary until they find a bigger apartment.

Depends on how many could out-run the Border Patrol ...

In Los Angeles I believe it is 2 people per bedroom plus 1. I also believe there is an exception for newborn babies. For instance, husband and wife living in a 1 bedroom and along come twins. You cannot be asked to move. The city has rent control. Call the city and ask them.
