Mr. Lahey
How much do you pay for rent?
I live in a 3 bedroom, approx 900 sq. ft apartment in Regina, SK, Canada (population 200,000) and I pay $980/ month, heat and hot water included. I think that's the most I would pay for rent on a place like this, but I'm curious. How much does everyone else out there pay for rent?

I am a Landlord and rent out an apartment that is approximately 2200 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, it's own driveway, washer and dryer in the apartment, utilities included with Direct TV and high speed internet. I charge my renters $800 a month.

We pay 450 for 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, not sure how many sq. ft. but it's a decent size for two people. Everything is included except electric.

WE HAVE A 4 BEDROOM ON CAPE COD MA,
NO RENT BUT JUST THE MORTGAGE IS $3,000, THIS INCLUDES NOTHING?

In Vancouver, you couldn't get that here. Three bedroom apartments are rare and will start at $2000-$2500 per month.

I pay $794 per month for my microscopic mini 1 bedroom. I pay so little because I've been living in the same apartment for 14 years. Most of the 1 bedrooms in my neighbourhood go for $1200.

You are extremely lucky!

Rent in Phoenix, AZ is $600 for a small apartment which is old. $900 for a larger apartment which is newer. $950 for a small house. $1200 for a nice house. $2,200 for a mansion on a lake (our lakes aren't real lakes- they are manmade.

VERY tiny apartment.
almost a studio basically I sleep in my kitchen....literally I see the fridge from bed and don't have a door on anything but the bathroom...
Its about 300 sq feet if that.
I pay 920 for rent..
I live in New Jersey, on the coast, by lighthouses, and the ocean is viewable from my place (hence why I put up with the crap)
I pay for nothing extra...heat, gas, hot water, water, and electric are all included.
