depends what sort of land. There is a lot of moor land in Saddleworth, only good for the sheep. Some parts are very expensive others are not. If you want nice grazing land you will pay a good price. |

It depends on where it is and what can be done with it. I'm not sure of Saddleworth prices, but a rough guide will be if it suitable as a building plot, then it would be approximately a third of the finished house value, if not then the next best price would be if it's suitable for a pony/horse paddock or the lowest would be farm land which could be as low as £1,000 per acre. The best advice would be to talk to an estate agent that also is a member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and see what they recommend. |
