If you want a basic idea for free, go to http://www.realtor.com and put in the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and your zip code. Look for houses that seem similar to yours in looks and square footage. That will give you a good estimate. This will tell you how much homes similar to yours are listed for, not how much they sell for. |

There are many factors as to the worth of your home just like anything else condition, features and of course location. As to the value of your home you can call a licensed appraiser (this will cost you about $300-$500, depending on your area).
If you are interested in selling your home you can contact a Realtor® and he/she will do a competitive market analysis for you do give you their opinion of the selling price of your home.
Zillow.com will give you a range of prices of homes that have sold in your neighborhood, but beware, as their information is not always accurate.
