Depends on the deposit you will be putting down and the rate you get. |

It will depend on the interest rate, whether you are paying interest only or capital and interest repayment and the term of the mortgage. The interest rate will depend on the deposit, your credit history and type of rate you prefer. So there are many variables which is why the figures given by people are all different and mortgage products and their interest rates change on a daily basis.
To give some idea though if you had a 15% deposit and no bad credit you would be looking at approx:
£500-£525 on a repayment basis over 25 yrs or
£375-£400 interest only (you would need to add the cost of investment into a repayment vehicle onto this).
The best thing to do is to go see an independent mortgage/financial adviser who can search the whole of the market for you after discussing your needs and preferences.
Good luck |

84K based on a rate of 5.39% which is the cheapest I have seen so far...
a repayment mortgage would be about £516.25 and a interest only mortgage would be £377.29 |

This depends on the lender and the terms ie years etc that you choose to take also the deposit etc they take into account the risk you pose to, just shop around is your best bet and take an interest only mortgage as if you become unemployed the dss only pay interest....... |

Not a lot. If it's interest only then probably £250-£300, if it's interest+principal capital (strongly recommend this) probably £400, approximately.
Of course it depends on whether you take out a fixed, variable, tracker etc, also the term of the loan- it would be a lot more per month on a 10 year term than on a 25 year term.
The good thing about shortening the term, if you can, is that you will be paying far less in the long run- if you take out a 25 year term you'll probably end up paying back double what you borrowed!!
Oh and it massively depends on what % of deposit you put down, of course.
Hope that helps! |
