All depends on the interest rate,,fixed or flexible,,length of term and weather it is interest only or the usual type,,,

Most banks & building societies have mortgage calculators on their websites, which will tell you the repayments dependant upon interest rate & term. Also you can find one here:-
www.cml.org.uk/cml/consumers/calculato...

It will depend on the term you take it over.
Your credit history if its poor you will pay a higher interest rate as you will be classed a greater risk to the lender.
If your history with credit is clean you should be able to approach one of the prime lenders (high street banks)
What type of mortgage you take out repayment/interest only.
Also it would depend on the amount borrowed is that the full value of the property or do you have a deposit also. So loan to value will affect payments.
A very basic calculation of £80.000 over 25 years at 6% your looking at around £521 repayment or 400 ish interest only.

Many factors are taken into consideration before a mortgage will be offered by any lender most importantly affordability

Good luck

The amount you pay depends upon:
The term (length) of the mortgage
The prevailing interest rate (which can be fixed for a period of years)
Whether you have an interest only mortgage or a repayment mortgage.
for a 79999 mortgage over 25 years with an interest rate of 5.75% the costs would be
interest only.... approx £383
repayment...... approx £509

check out the council of mortgage lenders mortgage calculator below....

it depends on what type of mortgage it is, the interest rate, term of the mortgage, if it is a residential or buy to let mortgage, etc, etc.

Dont you hate those people who just thumb down everyone for no reason, moving from question to question.

Allen B
It is dependant on the interest rates

Depends on the type of mortgage. Roughly speaking? About £700 per month I'd guess.
