Houses there are larger and more luxurious than average. "Shacks" are rare. I would guess that $1 million would probably get you into certain areas, but maybe not. Prices are starting to soften there just a bit.
I do assume that you mean Orange County, California. I am aware that there are other Orange counties (Florida, e.g), but don't know if they are on the coast or not. |
