Such questions can not be answered. Because the rent of a buisiness premises depends upon the following factors.:
1. The Area of the space
2. Construction quality
3. Locality
4. Approachability to the public
5. Communication facilities
6. Country, State, & Region etc.

First off Location : The better the area the heftier the price tag! Location? What State?
Is it furnished or do you need to supply your own?
Utilities? Etc.

Depends on the area you want to have your business. Building usually rent and lease by the square foot. So you can usually do the math. I suggest finding legitimate real estate agent in your area that works with commercial rentals all the time. They will be able to help find what you are looking for. |
