Actually, my landlord hides from me. I pay my rent on time and insist on having my repairs done that he needs to pay for.

I don't hide from my landlord. He's really nice and caring. I really enjoy being his tenant. He calls ahead of time to let me know if someone is coming over and gives an estimate. Pretty nice guy.

It looks to me that you don't know how to beat the system. Why on earth would you want to hide from the landlord. You are an eagle living amongst chicken who doesn't know your true worth.

If you can manipulate the system without breaking any written rules, you are king.

How would you do that ?
